• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

The blank is the "Falcon Drop Point" model from Texas Knifemaker's Supply and the handle wood is Desert Ironwood. I made the handle thicker than it looks like it should be, but it feels good in the hand.

You can use a countersink if you have one. Or sharpen a dowel and place a pice of sand paper between the dowel and lanyard hole.

I like the look of your handle. I too, prefer a thicker than "aesthetically pleasing" handle on my knives.
