Hey Beckerheads! The EsKabar is my favorite neck knife of all time and one of my overall favorite knives. I made a quick video on the origin of the knife and how PropThePoleCat's ingenuity gave us this marriage for the Necker and the Izula. Let me know if I missed anything.

Nicely done!

It was discovering the Eskabar’s origins while lurking on another thread that inspired me to run out and get it. It’s a nice little but beefy knife.

Thank you my friend! It was fun making it but all the credit to all the mods and admins here on the forum. They did all the hard work.

Thanks Warrior!

You can't go wrong with a Becker!

Was my first Becker and is still my EDC. Great blade.

Great EDC choice! I'm going backpacking in 2 weeks and this will be on my chest rig.

Very cool video. I always wondered how that mash up went down. Thanks for sharing.

That was an outstanding video. Informative, fast enough moving, and entertaining. I love the way you rolled in the various pictures to illustrate the point you were making. SO MUCH better than five minutes of someone ad libbing with a lot of "uhhs" while they are trying to figure out what to say next, and the only thing on the screen is a knife laying on a table! The subject was good information, but the presentation was such that you could have been telling us how to make chocolate milk and it would still be pretty good!

Nice video. I had seen pictures of the welded knife before. Never knew the whole story behind it. Thanks for putting the time and effort into making this. Really enjoyed it.
