UPDATE: Package recieved

Hey guys, sorry if this is in the incorrect area but I'm not sure what to do in my situation.

I recently traded my Spyderco Tenacious for a Spec Ops Wallet. I sent my item out a week ago, and so did he. I gave him a tracking number, all he told me was I should get it (last) Saturday. Emailed back for a tracking number, no response. It is now a week later, tracking shows he got his knife last Friday, I have yet to receive my product. Tried to email him, I now get delivery failed because his email has "been discontinued or disabled." Looking at his profile I didn't see anything wrong. Is there anything I can do in my situation? Thanks.

Dude, that blows, not sure how to help, maybe try a pm to a mod of that sub forum? Good luck.
 
Send him a warning through the forum to get his attention.
 
Stay on him! Theres too much of this crap going on here! Gotta be careful who you deal with. Even with a couple positive feedbacks. Communication is key. And with his email not working thats not good. Maybe u mistyped his email A few guys had good experiences with him so maybe something happened to him and he will eventually follow through! Good luck!!
 
A longtime BF member with decent feedback and tons of posts. Odd. It seems rare that such folks end up as scammers, but it can happen. Perhaps he is going through some trouble? Is his email through an ISP? Forget to pay a bill, and they deactivate your account. Stranger things have happened. Hopefully, that (or something similarly innocent) is all this is. Keep us posted.
