When we had our land in Colville , we got in touch with a company in Spokane . Pool constructed metal buildings . We designed a 1200 sq.ft. house and a 600 sq. ft . shop . Our part of the project was the slab , electrical and plumbing . The rest was there's complete turn key house for 40 grand .
