Victronox has a new one handed knife with camo scales. It is the same as the One Handed Trekker but can be had with either the phillips OR the corkscrew. Unfortunately, you can only get it from Switzerland. Check out this site for info: http://www.swissbianco.com/
There is nothing about it on the site, but swissbiance posted the news over on the "other forum" and said that he could get them.

You could also try modding it yourself, as a corkscrew-Phillips swap shouldn't require any reshaping of the knife.
