I must be stupid! 2 0350's!

A house can be a toy buying killer, you need to get your priorities in order. ;) ZT comes first in order of purchases. Congrats on the closing.

Thanks. I am finding ways to sock a little $$ here and there. There are ways to save for both...:D

I just got my 350 a few weeks ago. LOVE IT! Let me put that another way.I've carried an Emerson Commander, religiously, for almost 10 years(it's an '02) I would sooner leave the house without pants than without my Commander. When the Commander came out I retired my CQC7(and every other pocket knife I owned) and never looked back. Sure I've bought other knives over the years, but always carried them as backup to the Commander,if they got carried at all.Spyderco's,CRKT,Cold Steel,Benchmade,SOG,Kershaw, other Emersons,Buck Striders, and yes even a Strider(way overpriced IMO) I've tried them all,and didn't find anything that could kick the Emerson out of my pocket.Until I got my ZT 0350.I even carried a friends 0300 for a few days, great knife, instantly loved the blade shape, but the scale texture is too aggressive for me,pulling it out as much as I use a knife put considerable wear on my pocket. I traded into my 350.It's a blem, but I don't buy knives to look at.I don't own any "desktop divas",I buy them to USE,so blem's don't bother me. Especially KAI blem's as I have yet to actually find a "flaw" in any of the ones I've bought. Anyway, since the 350 arrived, the Emerson has been sitting, sad and lonely,on my desk.I still carry it on those "2 knife days" and I couldn't part with it for a stack of cash after all we have been through together (attempted robbery at gun point, the perp spent time in the hospital, almost lost is right hand, and is still in jail.I walked away.I'll freely admit the wave on my Emerson allowed me to defend myself in that instance.) but the 350 has officially put it into semi,if not full, retirement. I've long been a fan of Speed Safe assisted opening, not as fast out of the pocket as my waved Commander, but as fast as many auto's and legal to carry in my area. The 350 opens NOW and the liners are HUGE,inspiring great confidence during hard use.The G10 and handle shape and texture are very similar to my Commander, and the wide recurve blade shape and tough S30V steel just add to it's appeal. So now I'm a ZT devotee and I see the 350 and I spending many years together. Two 350's "stupid",I don't think so.I couldn't imagine a better pair,of knives that is!
