I need a bigger Forge and quench tank!

Right now I use a Tim Lively-style basin forge setup, just like shown on his website, and a 5 gallon bucket as a quench tank. I can forge and quench knives up to about 20", but that's about the limit of this setup, at least with my meager skills.

Anybody have some pics of some charcoal forge setups that can handle larger knives, and quench tanks for same?

I'd be most appreciative for some ideas!!
