First thing that comes to my mind is a Skyline. Kershawguy has some blems that you can find for cheaper. Around $30 actually.I don't want serrations, but they would not kill the deal, I don't want blade play, and the knife should be well put together. I LOVE flippers, but other opening is perfectly fine. Assisted or not is not a huge problem. Would prefer something not assisted or that I could de assist. Blade should be somewhere between 2.5 and 3.5 preferably

The Ripple would be another good option. Personally I love CRKT's fit and finish, they're just a little weak on the steel. Just my experiences though. You can find the Acuto+ version for under 70 if you shop around.

The Buck Vantage Pro might also be a good option, s30v and a flipper for $45. Or it was when I bought one. The flipper is honestly a little weak though.

Edit: I found some links for you. The Vantage is a little more expensive than I remember. It does ride very low in pocket though. I put up links for both the regular size and mini.
