I Need a knife maker to rebuild a Puma Trail Boss 975

I am looking for a knife maker to rebuild a Puma Trail Boss 975 that has water damage to the wood and some corrosion on the chrome plated (?) back side. You can see the knife on eBay auction number 281816919393 entitled "Vintage Puma 975 Trail Boss folding single blade knife - handmade Germany". I want the wood replaced with ivory paper Micarta, the brass polished and the corroded back re-chromed (assuming that is the present finish). This will be a working knife and not a display case object when completed.
