I finally decided to take the plunge and buy a new grinder. I remember several times seeing a guy here on the forums that makes them very similar to what I'm looking for. However, I cant remember his name nor have I seen any of his grinders on the for sale lately. Anybody know who it is I'm thinking of. Would like to see if he's making any more.
