I need help finding the right knife!

If you want a longer/larger blade there is always the EnZo camper. Same company, same quality, same utilitarian shape, just in a 5" blade (125mm).

It may not be the best tool for each of those jobs, but it'll perform some admirably and the rest in a pinch. Have you looked at the BK16?
 
Think nessmuk.. multiblade pocket knife, double bit hand axe, folding saw. A , more modern adaptation...lm wave or alx, double bit or hawk, with a stout fixed blade suck as a bk2, condor rodan, or esee 5. Complete redunancy in a trio. Or, in another sense, you could also go stout fixed blade, mt, folding knife.

You are asking a lot of one knife in the $200 and under range.

Take away the batoning, chopping and all that other stuff and your options open up a lot because all of that makes the knife pretty useless for the rest of your list.

Start looking for a nice fixed blade that will fit your hunting, skinning, fishing etc... Normal uses.... Things that you actually will use the knife for.....

Then get a Machete or a hatchet for the rest of the stuff......
