By your post. You had your knife for two weeks, and sent it in to have the handle blasted? WTF? Maybe you should buy it, and put it in the safe before you open the package.

I'm currently dealing with a similar issue (possibly). I sent a S30v Sm Sebenza 21 in for a spa treatment without the Idaho Made stamp. To my surprise, the handle slabs I got back have the Idaho made stamp and are from 2012. It bothers me because I now have a mismatch knife that has a lesser resale value. I sent the knife back last Friday. Just goes to show that even the best companies have the occasional hiccup. Hopefully they'll be able to fix their mistake. I'm certain they switched my handles with another Sebenza.

Because they were closed, and I have already been frustrated in my last thread about me waiting over 3 months to get my knife back after having only purchased it a couple weeks before.
Again, i tried everything I can and I just can't get a good pic with my crappy old camera.
Thanks for all the advice guys.
Dave

The forum can't help you on this one. You need to speak to CRK to get this resolved. When you do tell them the problems , but don't exaggerate them. This will lead to a much better result for you.

Like I said over and over now, I sent it back because I bent a washer cleaning it, a careless mistake, and figured why not get the spa treatment (minus sharpening) since its free and already got a couple scratches. Hope that explains it better?

Yes, I will call and try not to sound too upset in the morning. Thanks to all again.

As far as the handles getting mixed up.....just WOW. I don't think thats the case with me, but it is possible they put a different blade on perhaps, due to the lockup problem I have also since they had it.

Try again with your phone. The iPhone has one of the best cameras in the business. The thing to know is it focus by contrast, go to a brightly lit room with lots of natural light, place the knife on a plain background and hold the phone steady and tap on the area you want to focus to.

this was just taken by an iPhone.

Anyone know who I can ask to speak with at the company?

The girls that answer the phone are the same girls that told me they would put a rush on my knife since I only owned it for 2 weeks, and that was over 3 months ago, so yea, I would love to know if I can speak to someone higher in charge there.

I will try to get another pic give me a bit.

I will let you guys know what happens after I speak with CR. Thread closed for now, not trying to start trouble just upset.
