Hey guys I need the expertise of U guys who are far more experienced than I got a friend of mine working on a bowie for me and I need to find bone scales 6"x2"X1/4"

And I'm comig up with nothing if U guys know of anywhere or anyone who sells bone handle scales or makes them or anything please let me know I greatly apreciate it from the bottom of my heart thanks again :-)

One of my bookmarks for handle material has a lot of bone and stag if I recall. I want to say it's Jantz which I believe is also known as Culpepper. Give them a google.

May also help to state what type of bone it is you are looking for.

You can buy bone at most of the knife supply places, Its the 6x2 thing that will be tough to find

I find a lot on Ebay that is up to 1.5" wide, 5" and 6" length. I checked several other suppliers and 1.5" is all I see. You might have to go see a butcher and start from scratch. You can find lots of info on cleaning, preparing, and drying bone online and in BF.

How about moose antler slabs in those dimensions as an alternative. That can be done quite easily.
