Its a shame your transactions went poorly, but every one I've ever placed with them (quite a few) have gone off without a hitch. Good prices, quick processing, and killer communication.

You seemed frustrated in the email, but it didn't strike me as something I'd want sent to my wife. It wouldn't help me any to know it was acceptable for some folks.

Gotta admit though, it's a headscratcher why DE would release private info off of a customer list. I could imagine other ways to make the same valid point.
