When will it stop????

It won't stop, but it'll get worse (or better, depending on how you look at it) before it settles down.
 
I've bought 4 emersons in 3 weeks it's never gonna stop my friend never ever ever. Emersons are more like an investment all the ones I've bought , if i ever needed quick cash they sell really fast and i usually get pretty close to what i payed for them, so just consider it somewhat of a rainy day savings fund.

They seem like the most collectible out of all the production lines available. Problem is, I want to use all of mine so re-sale value may plummet.

Don't feel bad, Mike, I use all of mine too. I just can't resist.
 
I think the "knife fever" would escape me if the Roadhouse I ordered would crawl away from USPS and find its way here. I think i'm out $200.
