First off, hello all. I am new to this community and figured the best way to get to know everyone was to ask for a little help...when ya have a question, ask the experts and those who know right? well anyways I came across this knife at an auction and bought it on a whim. the more research I've done the more I am confused about it. It is a folding dirk knife, but from all the photos and information ive come across the maker and the age is becoming hard to determine. there are no manufacturer marks and the number of pins in the handle are throwing me off. I have only come across one photo of a similar knife and I have tried to contact the auction house multiple times but they wont return calls. Frankly my brain hurts from trying to figure this one out. Any help you all could give me would be greatly appreciated. Below is a link to some pics.
