I need to get a jump start for the Florida Konvention

I want to know if I can do this in my back yard,or have to get Pro Player Stadium.
If you live in Florida,coming or not,put your UserName on this list,next to your name put (N)orth,(C)entral or (S)outh.
If you are not from Florida and there is any chance that you might come,put your UserName and state.
This is the first feeler,just for a rough idea.
February looks like the month for it,so think about it,you will have plenty of time to change you mind.
Any body from South Florida that wants to help out say so,in this thread or email me.

Ray, I'll be there as well. I'm in South Dade, around Cutler Ridge and Kendall areas. Also I have a couple of friends in the hospitality field, one is a semi-hotshot (locally) for Marriot, so if you want to get in touch with them now or later let me know and I can Email you their numbers. The other runs her own small catering business and when I mentioned the idea of her assisting with the Konvention she was interested in it.

Ray, because of needing to make plans well in advance, I need a little info -- if you're able to provide it at this time. Primarily, what airport will we "out-of-staters" need to fly into, and how far is the airport from where you're planning the get-together?
