It'd be a long shot for me to be able to get to Fla. in February, but nevertheless I do have a suggestion for a demo: how about setting up a long table where somebody who likes to cook (call him the Kukhuri Cook) can fix a meal, or maybe just a dish, certainly at least a dish, using only a khuk. He should have a big pile of food to work with, enough to feed everybody. And he should be prepared to show off some flashy slicing, dicing, pulverizing, and atomizing food preparation knife techniques. Kind of like eating at Benihana's, only using a tool capable of busting clear thru the table if not handled expertly. The audience can learn something, and get a shared meal out of it, too.
