I don't know anything about this type of Boker, but from what I can see of it in your pic, there may be more clues on the blade.

Not really sure. I found an older pic of it that I took in 2006, so maybe a couple years older than that? I remember it was bought directly from BokerUSA when they were having an “online special” sale.

Got "too many" Bokers (ikr), and it's only a little weird that I can't upload pictures here and only can insert pictures via link after I have uploaded them somewhere.
Right now I only got very few links at hand and it's so cumbersome to upload pictures here as far as I came to learn. But I wanted to show what I got at hand right meow!
Böker Plus Urban Spillo is the first, Flipjoint (double detent slipjoint flipper)
Böker Solingen Integral Micarta Barlow is the other one ("black")
I think I got 13 more Bokers, lol. And yes, that's a standard sized Zippo for scale. Really handy those slipjoint flippers for legal carry in my region, can keep one hand free haha!
