I am bored..I want a new BUSHCRAFT knife...what do you suggest? I am going to sell some of the higher end stuff in my collection that isnt getting used, to fund a few new bushcraft blades. Something full tang, 3.5"-5" blade, great sheath....you know the type. I am looking for something "woodslore" but I am open to anything. I am having trouble making any kind of a choice...not because its a big deal or anything...I just know that there are some knives out there that I am not thinking about that you guys will throw out there.
So, give me some brands and pics...I am going to get a couple..Axe's welcome also. Gene

Landi makes some good looking stuff also, I have a couple of his new ones coming to me soon, I can send one to you to check out while I play with the other.

You can always have a blade made to your specs as well.

Those breeden knives look amazing. Or maybe one of those enzo kits. Bark river aurora is always a good choice.

Those Breeden knives do look great, and Bear the Dog did a great review on them as well.

Your going to have to buy a few different blades man, what ever you don't like you can send to me:D

After receiving that knife, I just keep wondering why I waited so long to get some of his work.

Other stuff I think would rock:
- BRKT Aurora/Nebula
- Enzo kit knife
- Fiddleback Bushcrafter

Aurora? Nebula??

Well, okay, those are supposed to be good. :)

I like my NorthStar, have also heard very good things about the Fox River and Canadian Special.

Here's my LENS with a couple of its smaller siblings...

I have an Aurora and Nebula...I am thinking about a northstar...I like the MM puukko's. I am thinking about an enzo. all good ideas, keep em coming..I will get some of them..I promise.

I have a Bravo 1.. I really like how thick it is. Other than that I like the Nick Allen knives and the Reality Check series can't remember the name of the guy making them right now somebody will fill in. And I love the Landi knives.

Fallkniven H1 and BRKT Aurora are two that I am now testing.
The H1 for what I do and live and as a travel knife has a lot going for it
size
salt water {rust}
No swedge[ some countries and USA locales call it a Combat/Double edge=Dagger]
Sturdy
Pointy {makes for fast drilling in wood}
Handle {fits my hand and and Will not freeze It!} will not slip with water or blood
Aurora
Carbon steel easy to get get a razor sharp edge fast
Pointy{but not as the H1}
Rust
Size to long for some countries and States
No swedge
Handle fits like a glove but bare steel, Cold [or worse in Below 0 degree's] in bare hands
you have to pick the handle for the conditions you will use it for.
The both cut like the dickens:D

I am pretty sure that Bill Siegle makes the Reality Check series. Might be a bit big for Bushcraft though, IMO

Oh yeah good point. Forgot this was a bushcraft knife he was looking for. I'd really like one for camp chores.

Have you considered a Gossman Mini Tusker? Mine seems to spend more time with me than all of my others combined.
