A few times I've seen this happen because the PayPal email address was different than the one attached to your BF account. Could be what happened here.
Post up the transaction ID and Spark
will take care of you. If needed, bump the thread every few days to keep it on the first page until you're all set.
Only the owner and admin, Spark
can process transactions or make changes to the database. But this is a holiday weekend, so it may be next week before he sees this.
