The ability to plummet a thread into obscure references and general confusion is just a gift. I don't question it.

I thought the pics were great though.

If anybody was truly upset by your pictures, then he/she needs to suck it up and develop some tolerance. It's not like you gave away the plot of the last Harry Potter book. By the same token, you probably shouldn't worry so much about what other people think.

I don't get it??? I thought it was a very cool picture thread! Thanks for posting it. As far as the comments go...I do the same thing with my pics, it's cool to have captions for the pics. Makes it more fun to look at them. No need to say your sorry bro. I personally don't feel you have anything to be sorry about.
 
Wolf: Your pics were beautiful. And since our family vacations have all been canceled this summer do to unforeseen circumstances I for one found your pics refreshing. Keep bringing them brutha. :)

Looks like everyone here is in COMPLETE agreement. I didn't see one of the negative statements that you received post here to defend their objections. I am looking forward to MORE "OFFENSIVE PICTURES" of GOD's handy work......and the sooner the better!

Just to clarify, this was not prompted by any comments made by anyone in their posts within the threads. I know and understand that there is much sarcasm, jesting, and ribbing that goes on by us all ..... me included.

Not one single POST was negative.

Unless the pics were so bad they belong in W/C leave them up. And if they do need to be moved to W/C I'm sure a mod would step up and do so.

I saw nothing wrong with your pics or posts Ron. The drifting that occurred with the smoked prairie dogs was not in good taste and was rude to you in my opinion, but no matter now. If someone complained about your content, I say they're crazy or they have nothing better to do.
 
Wow... I, personally, thought your wildlife and scenic images were really good shots, I feel that you should open a new thread and re-post them and maybe this time the thread won't get hijacked or whatnot. I really do prefer people shooting animals and such with a Canon (Or Nikon, Leica, Olympus...etc.! :D) rather than a firearm, so I hope that my name wasn't dropped in any of those PM's/emails, 'cause I fully ENJOYED the PIX.
I did get rather short-tempered in my post on Ken44's thread, and this was in response to comments related to pix already removed, on your locked thread; and also in response to the claim of double-standards, and my personal feelings towards killing animals for sport only... But that post was not in the least bit directed towards YOUR very cool content. :thumbup::thumbup: ...My sincerest apologies if this led to some of these messages landing in your PM box. Thank you for trying to share them. :thumbup: PLEASE try again, don't be discouraged by this experience. :)

Hey, I sure didn't see anything wrong with all those great photos! I enjoyed them! If some grumpy so-and-so didn't like something about them, tell him where to stuff it. I really like seeing beautiful scenery I'll never be able to go to.
 
If they don't like the photos, they don't have to look at them...

Nothing wrong with enjoying our beautiful earth...thanks for the photos. :cool:

Keep posting those great shots, and tell those that don't like it, to treat it like a radio...turn the knob and move on...
