I played HELL with the 25 blade stop pin today

It seems others have more luck. I got mine used, starting to figure out why people are selling these 25s so fast.

Only getting 21s from now on.

Got my 25 back today and followed everyone's instructions on the stop pin. Marked it so I know where it should be. Locktite'd the stop pin, at least 2 hours. Assembled the scales and during the screws, the stop pin rotated! Ugh so frustrated with the 25.
I love the anodizing I had done for it.

Nice! Take some pics soon! I can see how the stop pin can be an issue. Kind of interested in picking up an Inkosi after reading this thread...

The trick to not have the stop pin rotate is to not reassemble the knife with the blade in the open position. Simply keep the blade about 1/3 open. That way the blade keeps the pin from rotating while tightening. Works every time.

I was thinking that would work.

I don't see the problem being putting the knife together, it's simple enough to just line up the flat spot on the stop pin with the hole in the handle for the pivot and tighten it. The problem for me is that it has the potential to move when the knife is assembled and being used.
