I really suck..... at sharpening

I received an EdgePro Apex for Christmas. It is without a doubt one of if not the finest sharpener on the market. I still cannot free hand sharpen worth a nickle, however with the EdgePro everyone of my knives are now like razor blades. Well worth the money. Make sure you get the 600 and 1000 grit stones.
