I shot my knife and killed it

Rob,

Old guys like us can use scopes and bipods at that distance...it's in the 'Book of Rules', I checked... :)

Counseling? That's for the 'curable'...lol

Mel

p.s. I have a few cases, and some beer too...that should get us through... ;)

Yup, she's dead now!

Good thing she's not from Tennessee - you'd be lookin' over your shoulder fur her kinfolk - they'd be comin' afta ya!

To make it interesting - 3 shots w/iron sights - no stand - any position - I'll buy at Blade next year.

Bill
PS - We could use you here to track the crazy Mutha' down - he's moved into my backyard now! :( :(

Hey, wait a minute there! I think there is a big enough piece of the tip left for you to make some kind of folder or neck knife. :)

Would I be correct in assuming that the 220 gr, impact-on-edge bullets were cast lead?

Hydroshocks are evil, in a nice way, but I like the Win.RangerSXT's (shock and rip). Yes, I too am evil, but in a nice, protective sort of way for the nice people of the world. :D

Hmmmm.... so, as long as a person is quick enough, wears thick gloves, and tries to deflect the bullet with the knife at an angle, he/she might survive the shootout... Okay, okay, WAY too many Star Wars movies with the kids.

There was a guy and gal from?? Lets say Kentucky. The guy just married a girl from down the road. The guys calls his Paw (Father) up one day and said Paw, I just killed my wife!! Paw said, son why did you kill her. The son said that he found out on his wedding night that she was a virgin. Paw said , well son don't worry about it, If she wasn't good enough for her folks, she wasn't good enough for yours.;) ;)

Old guys like us
Quit reminding me buddy! :p

Nobody, yes, 220 grain cast lead then I finished it off with a 230 grain Hydrashock. I like the SXT's too.

Bobby, that is hilarious! :D :D

Glocker, never noticed! :p

OK, my only question is who did you get to hold on to it while you were shooting?
Rob, it was great meeting you at the Badlands booth at Blade this year. If I'm in the country I'll be seeing all of you again next Blade, unless of course you are heading to NYC in Nov.
Take care. Dean

Fun thread.., and a rather expensive test! Also.., don't give Cliff anymore ideas..., geeeeesh...I don't think I can take the "Physics" of him reeling off a couple thousand rounds from "Puff-the-Magic-Dragon" at a Battle Mistress and comparing impact stats of the tracer rounds to the standard 7.62 FMJ stock..
