off from my Kershaw Thistle trying to bend it open slightly to get less resistance on the pocket. Do you suppose Kershaw will give me a new one? Anyone have a good customer service number to call?
 
No need to call go to website fill out the info and what knife you have and get it in your mailbox in a few days .
 
The clip on my ZT0562 snapped at the bolt putting in into my pocket and they sent me a new after filling out a form on their website. No questions asked. If memory serves, it took a week to get it in the mail free of charge.
 
They're good about this with small parts. Clips, screws, springs, etc. Spyderco as well. Both have sent me small parts in the past after being lost or broken. No charge. No questions.
