I ordered a BF Wilderness & Survival patch on February 3, 2013 after confirming with Mod Spark that the one I wanted was indeed in stock. After a bit over 2 weeks and no patch and a few unanswered emails I get a reply that all orders were mailed so I showed my PP payment and was to "No worries, a replacement will be sent out" on 2/25. I waited a week and emailed to ask if it had been sent out...no reply, another email on 3/11 asking where it was and if one couldn't be sent in time to make it to me by the end of the week(+/- a day or 2), then please just issue me a refund now...still no patch as of Thursday nor even a reply to let me know 'hey it went out "x"day you should have in a few days', or 'ok, here's your money back'. For someone running a site of this magnitude I would think checking and replying to emails regarding the business transactions and reputation of that site would be answered daily...or the next day at least. I love it here on BF and I know its only five bucks, but there is a courtesy principal here that is being overlooked and thats what's bugging me. Truthfully, I don't want a refund. I even added in my last email that I would accept a different style of the patch if my preferred one is out of stock. I would much rather have the patch so I can represent this forum that I love so much. I really hope this gets sorted out soon cuz something so small should never require this amount of effort to rectify.
