I used this abrasive wheel on the Dremel, and the coating flew off like it was dust. Left some rub marks, but no scratching. I could do some more hand rubbing if I had nothing better to do.....but since it's a user, I won't...

I used to REALLY like my Izula....now I think it's LOVE:)

Wow, that really looks nice!

Looks like a new knife.

You'll have to tell us how it does without protection.

I have a few other knives in 1095, and yes, I do have to keep an eye on them.....but I guess I just don't worry about a little spotting....
read what others have to say here.

Good job!
Looks great without the coating.
Please keep us up to date, and tell us how it does resisting rust and scratches. please.

Thanks for all the kind works guys.....Razor, I can tell you right now it won't resist rust nor scratches...that's what using knives made of 1095 do..

That Izula looks GREAT!!! The handles you put on it are some of the best I've seen. Great job!!!

You sunovabitch! ". I could do some more hand rubbing if I had nothing better to do.....but since it's a user, "

Can't hurt anything, wot? :P

wow that looks really really good
and those handles real flow with the shiny blade
that first pic of the handle almost has a carbon fibre look to it, well some sort of texture, thats what I see

Excellent work. Looks like a showpiece but I know you won't treat it that way. Well done.

that looks very nice ... once the coating on mine is so beat up I can't stand the sight of it, I'll do it to mine, too.
