I guess I will jump on the bandwagon with a lot of the folks here and say, the RC-3, Izula and HEST, thou the RC-4 is a great place to start too.

I would suggest starting with the one that would be most practical for the majority of uses that you have.
 
Welcome! You can’t go wrong with the Izula, 3, or 4, depending on what you plan to use it for. All very universal blades and are great quality knives. Take a look at them, decide what you like best and go for it. Can’t make a wrong decision on any of those 3 IMO.
