I think I am gonna do it. Gonna take the plunge!

I would recommend the 0566 as your first. It was my first ZT and is my go to blade for after hours pocket carry (my workplace wouldn't tolerate it during the day). I also keep an 0560 in my briefcase case for emergencies and it gets carried for yard work and house chores. Got 0550 - great knife, but I find I prefer a flipper, so trying to sell it. Also picked up an 0562 in elmax recently - FANTASTIC knife. Very light but capable.
 
I agree with the other guys about considering the 0566 as your first. Easier maintenance and slimmer in pocket than the 0350. My first was a 0550BLK which is a beast of a knife but it was just too much for the pocket at the end of the day, so I got the 0566 and couldn't have been happier. My current carry is a 0562 but I still keep the 0566 around because it's just great.
 
Imo don't go with 0200, there is a huge hotspot on the back of the handle + recurved blade.
But the blade is rock solid and quite nice f&f for money.
 
The 350 was my first ZT. I have said it time and time again that for the money I think it is the best folder you can get! Good luck and let us all know what you decide!
 
Had a 0566, liked it, sold it. Got a 0550 and felt like it was my first ZT, will never sell it. The 0566 was a nice knife but didn't get that ZT feel like the beefier ones. Looking at a 0350 myself as my next one. Buy one and post some enabling pics!
 
I just got a 0550BLK. It's almost impossible to open with the thumb stud. I've never had a folder give me this problem. Should I return it directly to ZT, or where I bought it from?

Take it back to where you got it if you want to get rid of it.
Send it in to KAI if you want the detent worked on in the hopes that you'll keep it.
