I Think I got Screwed

I dont think you can stop the shipment once its on its way....you never know though, you can ask them.

I hope that you get your trade and everything works out, but when a situation seems bad, it usually is.

Im sure that if you get ahold of him, then the usual "standard" excuses will start:

"Oh, my email was down" - Thats always a popular excuse

"Oh, I addressed it wrong" - Another classic

"Fell off the roof and hurt myself" - Not a common one, but has been used

"My wife was supposed to mail it" - Have not seen that one in a while, but used to be fairly common

I hope you didn't get screwed! Hopefully just a mixup,but you should have heard something by now!I've been screwed a few times on knife deals,so now if I have any concerns about someone they don't get the knife until I get my end.One guy I should have known better to trust only paid me half,but spent every weekend in the taverns.His mother was same caliber.I was hired to investigate some comp claims,his mother being one of the cases.I got her solid on film with solid proof no injury,and when they showed her the film and report she admitted to it and of course got canned.He lives with her and was fired from his job about the same time.They deserve each other.Some times it does catch up with them!!!
 
I have done several deals with Jeff and he is a stand up guy. I would deal with him again in a heartbeat. Garyz
 
Sorry jeff, as i said i was't going to post your name. I'm glad you saw this post and got back to me. I said you were "new"just because i didn't see many of your posts. Glad to hear it was a small problem.

nugg3t, there seemed to be a slight miscommunication...no real harm and I hope we can continue trades in the future.
