I'm getting older or just liking the simple design...I have so many large 5"+ blades but love the detail on this.
Anyone got one...would you tell me it's so good I HAVE to spend the $300+

I think both :p
some say that the simple designs have their own attraction.
I think I love these too, really beautiful, specially the damascus one.
am I wrong or there are some waves or so on the blade spine?
BTW, those knives remind me some CS spike series...

thats called filework, and from the side view it seems to be vinework, looks cool, can be quite grippy, and its a serious PITA to put on a knife, but i think its worth every minute

Yep, I want the Damascus steel but in a grippy G10 or ???

if its the bone version your looking at you can always try some scrimshaw work, but i think until i have one in hand itll be hard to judge the texture. actually a damascus with red/black g10 with those gold mosaic pins wouldnt be half bad

I have had one for a few months now. I carry it often as a weapon first and foremost. The penetrating ability this knife has is just incredible. I have tried it out on a few Kevlar vest and it went through them like nothing. I highly recommend it.

The handle shape helps with the grip y had no problem whit it when stabbing through the vest whit it.

I second that. Beautiful knife, although it reminds me of a miniaturized Chef's knife.

I've slipped once and now I look for a large finger stop, hook, or finger hole just about anything to not do that again.

I like that damascus but with a green/tan layered G-10 and a Kydex sheath. That would be a good work knife.
