....with plate quenching. If any of you have been thinking about setting up a plate quenching rig, stop thinking and do it! 
I just hardened 4 blades of stainless steel. I haven't checked the three smaller ones, but the 16" one I did has no warpage whatsoever. :thumbup: Plus is so nice not to have to struggle with getting the stupid foil off fast enough to air or oil quench the blade...
I know this subject has been discussed before, but I thought it was worth mentioning again...
