Pork, the 'other' white meat.

I've been to a few hog butcherings, and it's surprising how well a nice old thin bladed butcher knife works. Makes one wonder how we got along before miricle steels and wonder handles.

Those knives laying there on the table probably look similar to what did up the dinner back in colonial times.
