A number of people keep saying things along the same line.... so WHAT exactly is it that you like better?

I extremely dislike concave clips aesthetically. drop point? good. straight clip? MMmmmm (see the Kabar Mk2). concave? why'd you overdo it and make it weaker?

The point kinda comes back at you, and it has an awkward feel in the mind. Stabbier? perhaps. What use have I for stabbier? For a carving knife like the 5/15, the tip coming back at you is a different story, because there's more edge (actually makes those knives LESS stabby, despite the brutal tip). But the 17 doesn't have more edge than the 16 (does it?).

Just seems like it's trying to look meaner in an over-the-top way, kind of like trying to look all fancy schmancy by putting on jewelry that's too damn big. uncouth.

As concave clips go, I like the 17 ok, but just not a fan in general. Every once in awhile one will surprise me.
