I think its time to quit smoking

After twelve years together I lost the love of my life to lung cancer four and a half years ago. He was thirty-four and he smoked like a fiend. He finally quit after he was diagnosed, but that was like shutting the barn door after the horse had already escaped.

I wish all of you trying to quit the very best. Hang in there, it is so worth the effort! To those of you that already have quit, I applaud you for getting through the uncomfortable withdrawal from nicotine and doing such a difficult but wonderful thing for yourselves and your loved ones.
