I think I've been bitten. Busse help please.

So just to cross the t's here, what models have between an 8 to <10 inch blade with the exposed tang? I have been doing a lot of research but I always find that nothing works as well as a good forum. Thanks folks

Combat Grade FBM
FFBM

Those would be some of the easiest to find, but, there is the BARF if you can find one.
 
I actually passed on my older trailmaster in San Mai when I picked up a FBMLE.

Just found it did not get used any more. Now I have a B11 for lighter weight but still powerhouse chopping, and a KZII for real stuff smashing!
 
BWM is really surprising.

In that price range, there really wont me much in the way of satin available to you. Now something like a Basic 11 might be.
 
Down to the NMSFNO the FFBM, or any Battle mistress except the nuclear meltdowns. I guess its down to availability and finding the right blade for sale. cheers and thank you all for the help. I may settle for a coated blade butmy gut is telling me i'll regret it later when it starts to wear off. thanks again
 
This is probably my last post in this thread with a question in it :D

Can anyone direct me to a non nuclear type of battle mistress without the combat groves??? That is my Choice and thank you all.

Good choice on the BWM. I just got mine in the mail not less than 5 minutes ago. It's love at first sight! I wanted an NMFBM, but I think this badboy will fill that void real nice. Congrats on your score as well!
