I think my new Small 21 Insingo was incorrectly ground

Definitely send it in. A few years ago I bought a large inkosi. It showed up with an uneven grind and a burnt tip. They had me send it in, and a few weeks later it was back in my pocket all fixed up.
 
Not sure. I had the pleasure of talking with him. No bs kind of man. I carry a small sebenza that had to go back .
Oh by the way where did you get yours ? I only buy factory direct. I didnt want a knife that had been messed with .

I believe it was announced around Blade 2016(left a year+ before that). He was still going to consult at that time
as for warranty issues before and after. Much as I admire Chris and what he did with the company, we really don't have the data to make any determination. We don't know how many claims were made, nor how many knives were made per claim each year., or if there are just more whiners today than before:).
No doubt Chris liked thing perfect, and it was reflected in the company

Got her back today and she's fit as a fiddle. Didn't replace the blade but did sharpen it out...Mostly. I'm still happy with it overall. It does have the sharpest factory edge I've ever had from CRK (6 to go by). So much that I'm going to email them to note it. Maybe even ask for a name so I can request him/her for my next spa treatment.
