I wanna learn how to silk cord wrap handles !

Anybody know of a book or a video or some place to learn how to silk cord wrap knife handles ?
I also need a source for the cord.

There is also Scott Slobodians original article on his method of wrapping in Knives Illustrated, Spring 1990, Volume 4, Number 2. Fred Lohman's in Portland has silk cord, and Bugei Trading Co. may also.

You can get the Ray Skin just about anywhere but Mother of Pearl Co. Inc has it.. I am getting ready to do some little neck knives in 01 with wrapped handles for Blade Show myself.

I am getting my ito from Rick Barrett barrettrick@hotmail.com and my ray skin from Mother of Pearl Co., both very good to do business with.
Wrapping a handle is easier to do than to explain but you can e-mail me if you need information.
By the way, I recently stopped using standard flat cord and am using only genuine ito now - it is much more expensive but worth every penny.
