Any one of these Cold Steel knives will do. Two SRKs and one Recon Scout. All three made in the early 90s (1991/1992) by I think Camillus. I've used them all at various times. Very easy to maintain an edge and sharpen if necessary.

This Grohman/D.H. Russell #3s C.A.F. knife is a nice handling knife not only for field use but campsite use as well. Very good skinner. Stainless but easy to sharpen and holds a good edge.

Yanaba (YAH-NAH-BAH) which is Navajo for she who meets the battle head on she has proven herself through out the past 5 years and i wouldn't have it any other way

this enzo camper D2 in scandi zero grind. made the micarta handle myself and heck it glows in the dark ;)
