That was the first knife I got to handle at Blade show 07.
Tom handed it to me in the pit area at the waverly before the show.
I wanted to take apart the funiture with it! It really begs to be swung hard.

I've got some redwoods that could use some trimming! lol

What's a "smoke" finish?

Check out the finish on the other prototype. Basically its a bead blasted finish that is hand rubbed.

It looks good and is EASY to maintain in the field.

That knife is enormous and thick and heavy. Sweet chopper. I got to play with it at Blade show. What a tank!!! Y'all gotta call that one the Mastiff on Acid or something like that!

I think a slightly smaller version of this would be a good candidate for the KBD (Karelian Bear Dog).
