I think he means he can't buy wholesale because he isn't a dealer (no business license). I would suggest DiscountKnives.com, they usually have very good prices and great service. I doubt anyone would be able to beat their prices by more than 2-3 dollars or so (for a knife of that price). After a certain point, finding the lowest price doesn't really matter. I know many people (I used to do this also) that would shop for 2 hours to find a price that was $1 less. Just buy from a dealer that you think would serve you best and forget about the dollar you save.
