London Bridge Tactical closes out models all the time - I would browse their website. I have a few Kelty packs, while not exactly tactical, are very well made, and have lasted for years.

I've had and used a Jumbo for years and it's still in near new condition. It's ruggedness made me buy a Condor II. Seriously, well made stuff. I'd look for a used one.
