i want a Gossman PSK!

The other day I used my PSK for some food preparation, which cut everything like it was warm butter, it started to form a sweet patina. I love it.

Right now I'm in the works of gathering some material to make my own strop.

Sounds great! Stropping should keep you sharp for quite awhile. Like my sig. says.......A2 and O1 ....kick ass tool steel.
