Actually, it IS a necker prototype, that never went into full production. Very few exist at all.

So, size wise, it's closer to the Necker than the Remora?

Oh, its the same size as a Necker. It was a BK11 Prototype, until the whole design got changed, and that handle style went to the Remora.
