I know, I already own a Santoku. But... I WANT A MEAT CLEAVER!! For all my kitchen needs. You could offer plain edge and SpyderEdge, ambidextrous pocket carry.
All kidding aside... I WANT A SPYDERCO MEAT CLEAVER!!!

yeah, a 3 inch, lightweight clipit folding meat cleaver, in CPM-440V with a compresion lock and a G-10 handle :)
 
I'm really not into cleavage much, John. Just what is the pressing need, or seeming lust?
