I want to make a tarp camping bag

I want a bag that has straps like a backpack but is a butt pack. The only thing im certain of is that im going to get a rc3 for it and i have no idea what to put into it. And im going to get a tarp from homedepot and roll it up in my sleeping bag. Also i am going to us my nalgene and my fire steel and pjc And thats about it. ALso links to were i can buy the bag would be apreciated.

I would look at the mountainsmith lumbar packs w/ the strappettes. campmor.com usually has them in stock.
