Spyderco Police Models are legal to own, sell, or carry in WV. West Virginia is one of the more progressive states as far as knives. (Heck, switchblades are even legal!)

How do I know this? I use to own a knife store in West Virginia, and sold many Spyderco Police knives (including quite a few to the local and state police).

I'm very curious which store gave you this load of crap. Could you either post the name, or email me with it?
