I've never heard of busse before yesterday. Now I see how crazy you guys are about these knives and I think I want to get one. The busse site says the FBM is still available, but from what I gather not much longer. 4-500 bucks is a lot of money... but should I get one?

No... you should not get one

You should get at least 2... one of each. :D :D :D

Welcome to the forum... now go get'em before they're gone!

Stand by yallknowwho, soon you will buy one, then you'll need another and another, then the withdrawals, consider yourself warned turn back while you still can!

INFI is addicting, stay completely away from it! Do not even borrow a friends Busse. Once you touch one, you're hooked. One major side effect of the addiction: empty wallets.

There is no such thing as Busse knives....no such thing ! what you are seeing
on your screen is a figment of your imagination.....Now move on.

Man, you can't go wrong with a standard coating / standard scale at $387. This thing'll still be chopping in your grandson's hands.

Better go for it soon. I don't think they'll be up for too terribly much longer.

Welcome, great to see you've finally arrived! Good luck with your purchase.

One of the great things about trying out Busse knives is that if you decide the one you bought isn't your cup of tea you can sell it and (at the very least) recoup your money. The other great thing about trying out Busse knives is that Jerry stand behind his product 100%. He'll repair or replace any damaged/destroyed knife at any time regardless of the circumstances. Why wouldn't you try out these knives?

I used to think 4-500 was a lot for a knife until I bought a busse. Now I have 3 CG FBM, a Mud Razor, a AK-47 and a few Game Wardens. It's a sickness I tell ya! once you start you cant stop.

Get the FBM.

You will not regret it.

As for the folder, the guy posing with the knife on the t shirt is first in line for the Busse folder.

He has been waiting a little while already. :D

Once you get one you will see why it is worth it. I know the it seems like alot of money but its worth it. Plus you can always sell it and make your money back if you do not like it.

I got a black on black g10 FBM. I sort of think now I should have gotten canvas (it seems nicer looking on the black blade) but I am familiar with the feel of g10 so I got that.

Welcome to the Busse forum!

Great score on the FBM, now get yourself a LEFBM;)

Busse Combat is in my opinion (and probably all the HOGs here) the LEADING company in fixed blade cutlery in terms of metalurgy technology and ergonomics coupled to a customer service that has no peer. Search for independent testing done on these knives... it's amazing. Read how the owner answer customer questions on THIS forum.

Yes get one, it is an outstanding product.

That said, Busse could be also the leading folding blade company of they release

THE FOLDER!!! :D

it's a pretty strange phenomenon .. most other things you buy depreciate the moment you get it off the lot.. Busse's are like real estate.. you can't go wrong.

I bought 10 cheap guns.. sold 'em all at a loss just to buy 1 good one.
I bought 10 cheap knives.. can't even give 'em away at the flea market.

so Yes.. buy that Busse. Today if you can.

You wont find better customer service ANYWHERE!!!
Nor their bulletproof warranty.
