Get one! In the unlikely event you don't like it (Yeh! Right!) it will be worth more when you go to sell it than when you bought it!
 
One warning,

The Fusion Battle Mistress apears smaller in pictures with no size reference.

Once it's in your hand, it's huge.

If you don't like huge, wait for something smaller.

If you like huge, go for it.
 
Looks like you already got 1, so i wont tell you to get 1....but, The thing that keeps me coming back to Busse, is, I can go ahead and get the knife, just to see if I will like it...if it feels good....etc.....If i don't, then selling it is no problem, you will always be able to get what you paid. So, feel safe in knowing that buying Busses' is an ongoing experiment into what you like....it's also an addiction.....a sick, sick addiction....and you will pay...oh yes, you will pay for your addiction with thoughts of selling things around the house, opening a credit card the wife doesn't know about......hell, make it two credit cards.....you will not be able to get what you want and you will accuse people of being HOGS and you will wallow in the trough and it will be hell, hell i tell you......and then.......you will get a knife you really wanted....and then another will come, and you will understand the way of the INFI and how to feed...and you will look back, years from now....as you gaze at all your INFI.......feeling content.......with the glass of scotch in your hand....and you will smile.....because you just realized you are a HOG...and IT IS GOOD.:)

What? You already got one? You shouldn't have gotten any! You should have stayed away from these blades coming out of Wauseon! What you did was something very dangerous! I am afraid there is no turning back now! Once you receive the FBM YOU WILL BE INFIcted:eek:!When you do, you will know that you can never have enough of them:eek:. It happens to all and it happened to me too:D.

See, it's starting already. You placed that order, right. Then you sat around wondering about which grips would match your drapes best, or whatever, right? Now you're wondering if the Urban Grey/Black G-10 Mag combo might work well also. Well guess what? Of course it does! It works great! Then you'll have two on the way, and you haven't even ordered you LE yet. You're so screwed.

Kidding. Nice choice. I got that combo. Have you seen it? The black canvas actually has a green hue to it. Very cool. That's the combo the one on the "Knives" page of bussecombat.com is. All my INFI is in that combo. Now some of these HOGS have been posting pics of their sets of Tan/Tan combo, and guess what I wake up thinking about? Good Gracious. I need to start a whole new collection. Where should I start? The Mud Razor maybe?

I actually just ordered my FBM in the last week of Dec, and got it on Tues. It was about two weeks turnaround. Some of these poor bastids placed orders this summer and their blades arrived early Dec. Poor poor bastids.

I did that but in reverse. I initially ordered an FBM with Black Canvas handles then called and changed them to Black G-10.

After going over that decision in my mind for months, I called and ordered a second FBM with Black Canvas handles.

Currently, I'm contemplating a third FBM. I'm thinking CG Black with Tan Canvas handles.

So yallknowho, welcome to the Busse way of life. You're on a slippery slope.....:D:thumbup:
 
Yallknowho, allow me to add my welcome to the slippery Busse slope. Savor the anticipation of waiting for your first Busse.... There's nothing like your first. But as the others have warned you, the desire for INFI only seems to grow, no matter how many knives or years have passed through your life since you started on The Quest.

One of the pics from my Battle Of The Mistresses thread shows a FBM & BM-E with a tape measure. So you can judge the size of the beast from that.

What you can't get from a picture is the heft and brawn of the FBM. To me it feels like it's about half way to being a hatchet when you're chopping with it. Substantial it is!!

:thumbup: yep I saw it and liked it a lot. nice contrast to the black blade.
 
This is the combination you really need, it looks great and goes with everything. Urban gray blade, blue black G10 mags.

My Urban Camo Black and Tan FBM looks real nice.

I don't know if it looks $140 nicer than the base model but it does look nice.

I would post pics but I have lost my camera.

The tan is nice but it is a hard combination to coordinate your outfit around.

The gray/blue combo goes with everything, from casual dining atire to black tie and tails.:D
So ok maby it clashes with a white suit but who wears white anyway.:eek:
 
It's Urban Camo, it's suposed to blend in with everything in a city.

T-shirt and jeans, Italian suit, no problem, it just disapears.;)
